Article 65 of the law mandates a one-year guarantee for movable goods, ensuring you can seek repair, replacement, or refund for defects discovered within 12 months of delivery.

Retail Registration
Eligibility & Legal Requirements
To become an authorized lozystreetwear.com retailer in Morocco, your business must be structured as a SARL (Société à Responsabilité Limitée) or SA (Société Anonyme) sohaeurope.cz. A SARL requires at least two shareholders (who may also be legal entities), with no minimum capital requirement, making it ideal for small and medium enterprises. An SA is suited for larger ventures, requiring a minimum capital (e.g. MAD 300 000 for non-public-offer companies) and at least five shareholders.
Mandatory Registrations
Commercial Register (OMPIC): File within three months of incorporation; obtain your company’s unique registration number via the “DirectInfo Enterprise” service ompic.ma.
Tax Identification Number (DGI): Apply through the General Tax Directorate to process VAT and corporate income tax.
Social Security (CNSS): Register with the National Social Security Fund to cover employee benefits.
Registration Process
Prepare Documents: Articles of Association (notarized), proof of identity for directors/shareholders, registered office lease or title deed, and share capital deposit certificate.
OMPIC Filing: Submit your incorporation dossier online; typically processed within 24–48 hours for name reservation and 2–4 weeks for full registration.
Obtain Certificates: Receive the Certificate of Incorporation and Trade Register extract.
Finalize DGI & CNSS: Complete your tax and social security registrations to begin lawful retail operations.
